Oliver is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience advising across the commercial property sector.
Prior to establishing Parish Brook, Oliver was a Director and Bristol Office Head at a national consultancy. He has advised institutional investors, national retailers and property funds on technical due diligence, dilapidations and project delivery.
Oliver is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice that bridges the gap between technical matters and commercial decision-making.
He specialises in Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, alongside contract administration and party wall matters. Having advised national retailers and major European investment funds, Oliver is known for a pragmatic approach that aligns technical building data with clear commercial objectives.
